Prayers
A. Prayer before retiring to bed
Blessed are You, Yahuah, Creator of the Universe, Who causes the fetters of sleep to fall upon my eyes, and slumber to come upon my eyelids.
May it be Your will, Yahuah, God of my fathers to make me lie down in peace and to rise again in peace let my thoughts not evil dreams or fancies terrify or disturb me, and may my bed be perfect before you. ( a married man should say "may my wife's bed perfect before you. [ unless the man sleeps in a separate bed from his wife]). Yahuah as the morning comes light up my eyes less I sleep the sleep of death, for it is You Who brings light unto the eye. Blessed are You Yahuah, Who lights the whole world with his Glory and Righteous.
Almighty, Faithful King, Hear O' Yahisrael Yahuah is our God, Yahuah is One..
The following line is said in a lower voice.
Blessed is his Name, Whose Glorious Kingdom is forever and ever.
( aloud say ) And you shall love Yahuah your God with all of your heart and with all of your soul and with all of your possessions.
These words which I command you today shall be upon your heart. You shall teach them sharply to your children and you shall discuss them when you sit in your house and when you travel on the road and when you lie down and when you rise up. You shall bind them for a sign on your hands and they shall be for frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them upon your gate post and your door post of your house.
If you has prayed Maariv and with it recited "Shema" earlier than the ideal time for evening "Shema" you should repeat it here. Some people have the custom of recite the complete Shema here every night.
And it will be if we vigilantly obey His commandments which He commanded us this day, to love Yahuah, and serve Him with all our hearts, with all our soul. That He will give rain for our land in it's proper time, the early spring rain and the late fall rain. We will harvest our grain and our wine and our oil. He will put grass in our fields for our cattle, and we will eat and we will be satisfied. Beware lest our hearts be swayed and we turn astray, and we worship alien gods and bow to them. Yahuah's fury will blaze among you, and He will close off the heavens and there will be no rain and the earth will not yield it's produce. You will perish swiftly from the good land which Yahuah gives you. Place these words of Yahuah upon your heart and upon your soul. Bind them upon your hands and they shall be for frontlets between your eyes. You shall teach them to your sons, to speak them when you sit in your house and when you travel on the road and when you lie down and when you rise up. You shall write them upon the door post of your house and upon your gateways. In order that your days be prolonged, and the days of your children, upon the land which Yahuah swore to your fathers to give them for as long as the heavens are above the earth.
Yahuah spoke to Moses saying, "Speak to the children of Israel and tell them to make for themselves fringes on the corners of their garments through out their generations. They will place with the fringes of each corner a thread of blue. It will be to you for a fringes, and you will look upon it and remember all the commandments of Yahuah. You will perform them, and you will not turn aside after your own hearts and after your own eyes which cause you to go astray. In order that you will remember all of Yahuah's commandments, and we will be holy unto our Yahuah. Yahuah, who brought us out of the land of Egypt to be our God. Yahuah our God is true.
May the pleasantness of Yahuah my Master, be upon us and the work of our hands establish us in the sight of Yahuah and may the work of our hands be pleasing unto Yahuah. He who dwells in the shelter of the Supreme One under the protection of Yahuah He will abide.
I say of Yahuah, He is my refuge and my strong hold, in whom I trust. For He will save His people from the snare trap and destructive pestilence. With His wings He will cover His people and beneath His wings, His people will find refuge. His truth is a shield, a full shield.
His people will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that fly by day, nor the pestilence that prowls in the darkness, nor the deadly plague that ravages at noon. A thousand will fall at left side and ten thousand at the right side of His people, but it shall not come near His people. Only with their eyes will His people behold the punishment of the wicked. For His people have proclaimed, "Yahuah is my refuge" His people have made their dwellings no evil shall befall them, and no plague shall come near their dwellings. For His angels He will command on their behalf to guard them in all their ways. The Angles will carry His people upon their hands, less they hurt their foot on a rock. His people shall tread upon lions and snakes, they will trample young lions and serpents.
Because They cling to Him with desire, He will save them. He will strengthen them, for they know His Name. When they call upon Him, He will answer them. He is with them when they are in distress, He will free them and honor them. He will satiate him with longevity and will let them see His deliverance.
Psalms 3:2 - 9
Yahuah how many are my enemies become! Many are they who rise up against me; many there be who say of my soul, There is no help for him in Yahuah. Selah But thou, O' Yahuah, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter of my head. I cried to Yahuah with my voice, and He heard me out of His Holy hills. Selah I lie me down and sleep; I awake; for Yahuah sustains me. I will not be afraid of ten thousand of people, that have set themselves against me round about. Arise, O' Yahuah; save me; for thou have smitten all of my enemies on the cheek; thou have broken the teeth of the wicked. Salvation belongs to Yahuah: Thy blessing be upon Thy people. Selah
Yahuah, our King, make us lie down in peace, Rise us again to life. Spread over us the shelter of your peace, and direct us to better our selves through Your good counsel; and deliver us for Your name sake. Shield us and remove from us enmities, pestilence, sword, famine and sorrow. Remove the adversary from before us and from behind us, and in the shadow of Your wings shelter us. For You are the Almighty, Who is our protector and rescuer. For You are the Almighty, Who is King, Gracious, and Merciful Guard our going out and our coming in for life and peace from now, forever.
Blessed is Yahuah by day, Blessed is Yahuah by night. Blessed is Yahuah when we lie down, Blessed is Yahuah when we rise. For in the Hand of Yahuah is the souls of the living and the dead, it is written, for in His hands are the souls of every living thing and the spirit of every human being. In Your Hands, Yahuah, I commit my spirit; You have liberated me, Yahuah, Almighty of truth. Yahuah in heaven, reveal your the unity of Your Name, Preserve Your Kingdom always, and reign over us forever and ever.
May eyes behold, may our hearts rejoice and our soul exalt in Your true Deliverance, when it will be said of Yahisrael, Yahuah has begun His reign. Yahuah is King, Yahuah was King, Yahuah will reign forever and ever. For the Kingdom is Yours and to all eternity, You will reign in glory, we have no King except You.
The Son who redeems me from all evil, may He bless the people, and may they be called by His Name and His Father's Name, and the names of my fathers Abraham, Isaac, and Ya'acov ( Jacob ) and may they multiply like bees within the land.
And Yahuah said, "If you will diligently heed the voice of Yahuah, and do what is right in his eyes, and listen carefully to His commandments, and guard all of His Statutes then every sickness He put upon Egypt He will not put upon you, for he is Yahuah your Healer.
And Yahuah said to Satan, "Yahuah rebukes you, Yahuah rebukes you. He who chose Yahuah, for this one is not an evil follower, for this one is plucked out of the fire."
Behold the bed of Solomon. Sixty mighty men are set around it, of the mighty men of Yahisrael. All of them armed and trained in warfare, each man with his sword at his side, because of the dread of night and the unknown.
Yahuah bless Your people and guard Your people. Yahuah bless Your people and guard Your people. Yahuah bless Your people and guard Your people.
Yahuah shine Your Countenance upon Your people and be gracious unto Your people. Yahuah shine Your Countenance upon Your people and be gracious unto Your people. Yahuah shine Your Countenance upon Your people and be gracious unto Your people.
Yahuah turn Your Countenance towards Your people and grant them Peace.
Yahuah turn Your Countenance towards Your people and grant them Peace.
Yahuah turn Your Countenance towards Your people and grant them Peace.
Behold Yahuah, neither slumbers or sleeps. Yahuah is the Guardian of His people. Behold Yahuah, neither slumbers or sleeps. Yahuah is the Guardian of His people. Behold Yahuah, neither slumbers or sleeps. Yahuah is the Guardian of His people.
For Your People's deliverance, we hope, Yahuah. We hope, for Your People's deliverance, Yahuah. Yahuah, for Your People's deliverance, we hope.
In the Name of Yahuah, God of Yahisrael, at His right hand The Messiah. At my right hand Michael, at my left hand Gabriel, before me Uriel, behind me Raphael, and above my head, Yahshua.
A song of ascents. Fortunate are all who fear Yahuah, who walk in His ways. When we eat of the toil of our hands we are fortunate and it is good with us. Our wives will be like a fruitful vine in the innermost parts of our homes. Our children shall be like olive plants around our tables. Behold! Thus shall be blessed the man who fears Yahuah. Yahuah bless you from among His people, and may we see the good of His people all the days of our lives! May we live to see our children's, children's, children! Peace be upon His People.
Tremble and do not sin, commune with our hearts upon our beds and be silent, Selah! Tremble and do not sin, commune with our hearts upon our beds and be silent, Selah! Tremble and do not sin, commune with our hearts upon our beds and be silent, Selah!

Morning Supplication
A person should always be in fear of Yahuah, privately as well as in public. A person should always admit the truth, and speak the truth in his heart. A person should rise early and proclaim that Yahuah thy God is Creator of the Universe and proclaim the truth to everyone and every where.
Master of all the worlds! Not on account of our righteousness do we offer our supplications before You, for we have none, but on account of Your abundant mercy. What are we? What is our life? What are our acts of kindness? What is our righteousness? What is our deliverance? What is our strength? What is our might? What can we say before You, Yahuah, God of our fathers? Are not all mighty men as nothing before You? Famous men as though they had never been? The wise as if they were with out knowledge? Men of Great understanding as if they were void of intelligence? For most of our actions are a waste, and the days of our lives trivial in Your presence. The superiority of man over the beast is nil, for all is futile.
However, we are Your people, children of Your covenant, children of our father Abraham, Your beloved servant, to whom You swore on Mount Moriah. The seed of our fathers son and brother of Ishmael, Isaac, who was bound on top of the alter. The community of Ya'acov ( Jacob ) , Your firstborn, whom because of Your love for Him and Your joyous delight in him You renamed him with Your name Yahisrael.
Therefore, we are obligated to thank You, to praise You, and to glorify You, to bless, to sanctify, and to offer praise and thanks to Your Name. We are fortunate! How good is our portion! How pleasant is our destiny! We are fortunate that we rise early and stay late at services evening and morning and proclaim You our King four times each day.
Hear O' Yahisrael, Yahuah is is One. Blessed is His Great Name, Whose Glorious Kingdom is for ever and ever.
Yahuah, You existed before the world was created. You exist in the same form now that the world has been created. You exist in this world today. You shall exist in the world o come. Glorify Your name through those who chose to Hallow Your Name in this world yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Sanctify Your Name in this Your world, through Your deliverance You will exalt and uplift our powers. Blessed are You Yahuah, the Sanctifier of Your Great Name among the multitudes.
You are Yahuah, our Yahuah, our God, in the heavens and on earth, and the highest heaven. In truth You are first and You are last. Besides You there is no other to worship. Gather those whose faith is in You from the four corners of the earth. Let all mankind acknowledge and know that You alone are Yahuah our God over all the kingdoms of earth. You made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that in them. Who is there among the heavenly or earthly creatures which You created that can question your Authority. Our Father in Heaven, deal kindly with us, for the sake of Your Great Name which we are called by. Fulfill for us, Yahuah, our God, that which is written; " 'At that time , I will bring you in, and at that time, I will gather you together, for I will make you renowned and praised among all the people of the earth, when I will bring back your captivity before your eyes,' said Yahuah."
Amein.
These things we give thanks for and ask for in the Name of Yehshua Hamashiach. Amein.

Aleinu
It is our obligation to praise the Master of all, to ascribe greatness to the creator of the world in the beginning. He has not made us like the nations of the lands, and has not positioned us like the families of the world. He has not assigned our portion like theirs, nor like that of the multitudes. As they have prostrated themselves to vanity and to nothingness. They pray to strange lords thy gods that can not deliver them. They do so knowingly and unknowingly. However we, by the grace of Yahuah, bow, prostrate ourselves and offer thanks before the Supreme King, of Kings, the Holy One blessed is He, Who spreads the heavens and establishes the earth. The seat of His glory is in Heaven above, and the abode of His invincible might is in the loftiest heights. He is our Yahuah thy God, there is nothing else. Our King is true, all else is insignificant. As it is written in His Torah, "And you shall know this day and take into your heart that Yahuah is Yahuah thy God in the heavens above and upon the earth below, there is nothing else."
We therefore put our hope in You, Yahuah, to soon behold the glory of Your might in banishing idolatry from the earth. The false lords and gods will be utterly exterminated to perfect the world as the kingdom of Yahuah. All mankind will invoke Your Name, to turn back to You, all the wicked of the world. They will realize and know, all the inhabitants of the world, that to You every knee must bend, and every tongue must confess and make allegiance with You. Before You, Yahuah, they will bow and prostrate themselves. To the glory of Your Great Name will they give honor. They will accept upon themselves the yoke of Your Kingdom and You shall rule over them forever and ever, less they perish and be no more. For the Kingdom is Yours, and to all eternity You will reign in glory, as it is written in Your Torah, Yahuah thy God will reign forever and ever." It is also said, "And Yahuah will be King over the whole earth, on that day Yahuah will be One and His Name One."

Maariv
Blessed are You Yahuah, Who commanded us to offer the evening sacrifice.
He, the Merciful One, atones iniquity. He frequently withdraws His anger, and does not arouse all His rage. Yahuah, deliver us, the King will answer us on the day we call.
Blessed is Yahuah, Who is blessed forever and ever.
Blessed are You, Yahuah, Creator of the Universe. With his word He brings on evening, with His wisdom He opens the gates of heaven. With understanding He changes the times and alters the seasons, and arranges the stars in their watches, in the sky, according to His will. He creates day and night. He rolls the light away from the before darkness, and darkness from before light. He causes day to pass and brings night, and separates between day and night. Yahuah of Host is His Name. Who is living and enduring will always reign over us forever and ever. Blessed are You, Yahuah, Who brings on evening.
With an everlasting love You loved the entire House of Yahisrael, Your people. Torah and commandments, statutes and Laws, You have taught us. Therefore, Yahuah, when we lie down and when we rise. We will discuss Your statutes, and rejoice in the words of Your Torah and in Your commandments forever. For they are our life and they lengthen our days. On them we will meditate day and night. May Your love never be removed from us Blessed are You, Yahuah, Who loves His people.
AMIDAH
(to be said silently)
Exalted and praised is the living God, Yahuah. He exists, and His existence transcends time. He is One, and their is no unity like His, He is invisible, His unity is infinitive. He is unlike the corporeal or even the non-corporeal, His Holiness is beyond comparison. He preceded every being that was created, He was first, and there is no genesis to His beginning. He is Master of the Universe to every creature, all proclaim His greatness and His majesty. The fullness of His prophecy, He bestowed on those He treasured, and in whom He gloried. There never arose in Israel another like Moses, a prophet who beheld Yahuah's image. The Torah of truth the Almighty gave to His people through His prophet, the trusted one of His House. The Almighty will not exchange nor alter His law. His law is forever and ever. He scrutinizes and knows our secrets. He beholds the end of thing at it's beginning. He rewards man with kindness according to his deeds. He sends evil to the wicked according to his wickedness. He will send The Messiah at the time of His choosing, to redeem all who obeys His will and awaits His final deliverance. The Almighty will resurrect the dead because of His abundant kindness. Blessed forever is His Praised Name.
Almighty, Faithful King, Hear O' Yahisrael Yahuah is our God, Yahuah is One.
The following line is said in a lower voice.
Blessed is his Name, Whose Glorious Kingdom is forever and ever
( aloud say ) And you shall love Yahuah with all of your heart and with all of your soul and with all of your possessions.
And faithful is all this, and it is permanently established with us that He is Yahuah, and there is nothing besides Him, and that we are His people, We are Hebrew seed of His first born, Ya'acov ( Jacob ) . He, Who liberated us form the hand of kings, is our King, Who redeemed us from the grasp of all tyrants. He is the Almighty Who exacts payment, punishment, from our oppressors, and brings retribution on all those who are enemies of our soul. He does great things beyond comprehension, and wonders without numbers. He sustains our soul in life and does not allow us to fall. He permits us to tread upon the high places of our enemies. He exalts our strength and endurance over all who hate us. He performed miracles for us and vengeance upon Pharaoh and Hitler. He showed signs and wonders in the land of the Hamites. He slew in His wrath, all the first born of Egypt, and crushed the mighty nation of the Nazis. He brought His people out from their mist to everlasting freedom as long as they follow His Teachings. He led His children through the divided part of the Sea of Reeds, their pursuers and their enemies He drown in it's depths and hanged on the gallows. His children saw and have seen His mighty power. They praised and gave thanks to His Great Name, His sovereignty they willingly accepted and we accept. Moses and the children of Israel sang unto You, as we do, with great joy and they and we all say, "Who is like You among the mighty, Yahuah! Who is like You? You are adorned in Holiness, Awesome in praise, performing wonders." Your children beheld Your sovereignty when You divided the sea before Moses. "This is Yahuah my God," they exclaimed, and declared, Yahuah my God will reign forever and ever." It is said, "For Yahuah has liberated Yahisrael and redeemed them from a hand mightier than they." Blessed are You, Yahuah Who has redeemed all Yahisrael.
This is the second berachos that follows the Shema.
Yahuah our Yahuah thy God, make us lie down in peace, our King, rise us again to life. Spread over us the shelter of Your peace, and direct us to better ourselves through Your good counsel, and deliver us for Your name sake. Shield us, and remove from us enemies, pestilence, sword, famine and sorrow. Remove the adversary from before us, and from behind us, and in the shadow of Your wings shelter us. For, You are the Almighty, Who is our Protector and Rescuer. You are the Almighty Who is King, Gracious and Merciful. Guard our going out and our coming in for life and peace from now, forever. Blessed are You, Yahuah, Who guards His people forever.

G. Grace after the meal.
on week days Psalm 23 is read and on Sabbath and on High Sabbaths Psalm 126 is read at the beginning.
Psalm 23:
Yehweh is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Yehweh prepares a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Yehweh anoints my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Yehweh for ever.
Psalm 126:1 A Song of degrees. When Yahuah turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.
2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, Yahuah has done great things for them.
3 Yahuah has done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
4 Turn again our captivity, Yahuah, as the streams in the south.
5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
6 He that goes forth and weeps, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
when there are two are more people eating together, ages 13 for a boy and 12 for a girl, one of them leads the group in reading or reciting the grace after the meal.

Your Torah and teachings which You have taught us. For Your statutes which You have made known to us for life, favor, and kindness which You granted us. For the food which You nourish and maintain us constantly, every day, in every hour.
For everything Yahuah, we thank You and bless You. Blessed be Your Name through the mouth of all the living, constantly and forever. As it is written, "When you have eaten and are satisfied, you will bless Yahuah, your God, for the good land which He has given you." Blessed are You, Yahuah, for the land and for the food and drink.
Have compassion, Yahuah, on all of Yahisrael, Your people; On Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), Your Holy City, the Dwelling place of Your glory; On the kinship of the House of David and the House of Abraham, Your anointed, and upon the great and Holy House upon which Your Name is called.
Yahuah our God, our Father, tend us, nourish us, maintain us, sustain us, relieve us and grant us relief, speedily from all of our troubles. Yahuah, may we never be in need of the gifts of men nor loans from them, but only of your hands which is always full, open, Holy, and generous, so we may not be obligated to them and we may be free to follow you teachings.

I. Adon Olam.
Master of the Universe, Who reigned before any creature was created. At a time when all was made by His will. Then was His Name proclaimed King. And after all things shall cease to be the Awesome One will remain alone. He was, He is, and He shall be in glory. He is one, and there is no second to compare to Him, or to associate with Him. Without beginning, with out end, power and dominion are His. He is Yahuah my God and my Redeemer, The Rock of my destiny in times of distress. He is my flag and my refuge, He is the portion of my cup on the day I call. Into His hands I entrust my spirit both when I am awake and when I sleep. And with my spirit my body too, Yahuah is with me, I shall not fear.
Amein.
